I am on the first stage and I read about small challenges instead of taking huge changes. the only I don't agree with substituting mustard for mayo yuck, but I got the gesture on what I can look in my life on making it better. A couple of women are walking on their 15 minutes breaks at work. I can't join because I break the receptionist first, but it doesn't mean I can't go afterwards.

We can do anything we set our minds to, we just have to set our minds to do it.

I'm in the Fast Break stage. I've never really counted calories. At best, I've noticed the calorie content of a food but it rarely had an influence on my portion. This will be a challenge for me but the tracker will help me keep myself accountable. Yesterday was my first day of eating within my goal calorie range!

Sorry! Didn't have time yesterday before work to post...

Today, scroll down a bit --- below My Tools, My Content, and My Community. You'll see a horizontal section called THIS WEEK'S LIFESTYLE CHANGE STRATEGY (or something very close to that).

Your challenge is to take a look at this section! What Spark Stage are you in? Is it the right place for you? (No need to answer unless you want to... the questions are to ask yourself).

Now that you've looked around, how about clicking some of those links, reading the articles, taking the action steps recommended, etc.?! I have a feeling that this section probably goes the way of those booklets received at WeightWatchers meetings -- maybe glanced at the day of the meeting, then tucked away and forgotten.
