Thanks for the suggestion. I checked out some of the articles in the family adventure section - though I don't have kids yet I am a nanny for 2 young boys and so the articles really helped me get a few ideas of things that will be fun and active for them and get me moving!

Thanks velle for these little challenges. I can handle these kind. It is helpful to know this page well enough to work for you. I looked into the quick track. I dont like the nutrition tracker because it adds more calories than it should. I am doing the Weight Watchers, so I am looking at points and portions. thanks.

Today's Challenge:

Go back to your Spark Start page. Today, let's focus on the three columns that are top and center:

My Tools

My Content

My Community

Take a look around. Click something you haven't clicked before or haven't clicked in awhile. Familiarize yourself with what's there and really think about how you might better use the features to support your journey.

Did you know...
In the My Tools column, in the QuickTrack area, you can add a custom goal. Having trouble with those healthy oil servings or dairy servings? Make one of those a custom goal and QuickTrack it for awhile until it becomes a habit. Having it right there in QuickTrack is a great visual reminder!

Also in the My Tools column, scroll down further and look at the My Spark Diet section. Are your goals accurate? Maybe you need to change something... maybe you're burning more calories and need to change that number?

And how about below that, your DietStage? Are you following those SparkDiet stages? Maybe you need to review your stage or re-read the Lifestyle Change overview? Maybe you're ready for the next stage. Maybe you need to get back to basics and go back a stage or two. Today's the day to think about this and get Spark-started.

Take a look around. Tell us what you found, what you read, what you changed. This is YOUR Spark Start! Own it and use it!
