I too picked all of them. I think I will like the featured recipe the best. I love to cook new recipes so that might be my favorite

Today's challenge is on your Spark Start page, but you can see it on ANY page on SparkPeople. Look to your right--- it's that column on the right hand side of the page called TODAY ON SPARKPEOPLE. It contains several different menus:

My Sparkpoints
My Fitness Minutes
Message Board Hot Topics
Exercise of the Day
Featured Recipe
Quick Links
My SparkFavorites
Activity Stats

Your challenge is first:
a) scroll all the way to the bottom of that column. You'll see a small button that says "CUSTOMIZE TODAY ON SPARKPEOPLE". Click that, and customize your right-hand column to show the information you want and will use. How about telling us what you chose?

b)Now that you're all set up, use this column! Let's talk about what's in there and how you use it/could/should use it.

My favorites are the Quick Links & featured recipes, I use these quite often :)

Set up Today on SparkPeople for YOU... then use it! This is a challenge everyone can do.
