I'll check it out tonight and maybe do it tomorrow. Thanks!

Build up the Culture of Life!
We can change hearts, by bringing up the next generation to embrace Life at an early age.

Thank you for the link. I like to mix my exercise up. I ride my recumbent bike everyday.
So I like to add something different a couple days a week. emoticon

I did it. I lasted the full video and I can feel it in my arms. wooh!~ Good workout.
My only complaint is that I think the girl goes too fast. I think slower and more concentration on the movement of the muscle is better and I don't like her side bends. I recently heard those are not good moves for us since our spine doesn't naturally bend to the side. I would take those slower and more concentrated.
Overall it was good. I'll add more of their exercises to my own workout and if the team majority likes them, I'll include them on more challenges. emoticon

Oh yay~! I'm so glad to hear this.Thank you Randy. I'm going to do them all week. I know chair exercises "look" easy, but they're tough. As soon as I get through the SP emails, I'm getting on my chair to do the video. Let me know how far you make it. I don't think I'll make it through the full 25 minutes myself.

I found these videos and thought they'd be fantastic for all of us who are at different levels of strength.

It looks easy, but trust me, you'll get a good work out!
