Been getting squats in. Not so with fruits and veggies. There are just so few good fresh ones right now. I need to start biting the bullet and paying the exorbitant price for lettuce and have a salad once in awhile.

Squats done. Veggies and fruits NOT unless I eat something before bed!

Getting squats done daily. Have been failing on fruits and veggies lately.

emoticon had cauliflower rice and cooked carrots for dinner last night, apples at breakfast and lunch. And some raw carrots while I was getting them ready for cooking.

Made slumgullion for dinner. Had onion, peppers, tomatoes and threw in some extra green beans. Hubby did not like the green beans but hey, using up leftovers. Carol

Did 15 squats yesterday in addition to Barre class. It is so hard but it feels so good to get stronger.

I usually have a banana as a mid-morning snack. Can that count as having a fruit at breakfast?

I also eat baby carrots and an apple with my lunch.

I just finished two small mandarin oranges as a mid-afternoon snack. Now for some squats.

I must admit, I have enjoyed my stretches. Started out well with the diet, but kind of fell apart on the diet part toward the end.

For November our challenges are:
Diet - Fresh fruit or vegetable at each meal
Exercise - 10 squats daily

beverly, Central time zone

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) keep carbs below 50
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
