Really got good stretching in yesterday at Barre! My daughter has upped the game and now we're using about 8" balls throughout the one hour class. My goodness, that little ball worked muscles I didn't even know I had!!!

I did get my fruits and veggies yesterday.

Just joining in now, I do stretch every morning so good there.
I have at least 3 fruits a day and a lot of veggies.
Today: Peach at breakfast, lunch was a nice salad with all kinds of fresh veggies and tonight I will have an apple!

Veggies and fruits for sure done. Had blueberries at breakfast, watermelon, tomatoes at lunch, apple for snack, dinner was spaghetti squash, fresh tomatoes.

Snack and lunch yesterday was fresh tomatoes from the garden.

Had a peach for a snack.

Yesterday I had salad with home grown tomatoes. For dinner had yellow watermelon from mom's.

Today had tomato sandwich for lunch. For dinner we had squash, okra, and purple hull peas all from the garden.

YAY, it's summer and we have fresh fruits and vegetables.

BOO, it's boiling hot outside.

Our August diet challenge will be to eat 3 fresh fruits or vegetables each day.
Our exercise challenge will be doing 15 minutes of stretching every day.
