I'm thinking I will probably have to square up pixelated rose blocks. All those 2 1/2" squares can get wonky and there are 36 in each block. Most of the time I dont bother but I'm thinking I should on this one. 4 more blocks plus some plain blocks. And sew together. CArol

I've pulled out my chickens and have worked on them for several evenings. I only have 2 more when I finish the one I'm working on. emoticon I've been looking at them long enough. Of course the one I'm working on had some kind of stain on it. Figured out that when the darn bird got in the house, he pooped on it. So, when I'm done embroidering that one I have to see if I can get that stain out. YUCK!

My one a month is to finish embroidering my "chicken" calendar blocks. I think I have 3 or 4 more left. They got set aside and I need to pull them out and finish them. It will give me something to do in the evening rather than sit on the computer and watch mindless TV.

Did you finish your July one a month? I think we did. My choice for August is to quilt a quilt. Some top that has been languishing ready to be quilted. No choice on which one yet. And I also want to finish piecing Pixelated rose. If I was really into it, I could finish the piecing and then quilt it as well. I have the batting and backing to use. It goes really quickly as long as I have the squares cut out. Carol
