That's funny, Laura, I didn't see your rotation, just decided on circuits, I know I said I was going to do them then changed my mind. Now I changed it back. hahaha! It's all good. Cardio Kicks is another I don't have.

Oh, ya, not low intensity at all. You can also make it higher impact if you want to. I didn't. I need a brace for my knee. It should be fine with that.

I like Low Impact circuit. I am doing that one tomorrow. PAULINE, did you download my rotation? LOL! It looks like you are one day ahead of me, otherwise it is just an EERIE coincidence that you are doing the same workouts I am scheduled to do, the day after you do them! LOL!
I did Cardio Kicks today. It is not my favorite, but I still like it well enough. Burned 470 calories!:)

Today I did Imax 2 for 34 min then I had to go to something not so high impact, so I popped in Turbo Jame for 36 min. Total of 70 min for 621 cals burned. Woo Hoo! The only thing is I hurt something in my neck, it really hurts. My quads hurt a lot too. Tomorrow I'll have to do some core.

ROFL, I admit to having very similar workout outfits (for the brief 3 months I worked out in college) and almost exactly the same haircut and "do" as Cathe. A friend's dad used to call it the "Mad Rooster look." LOL

I get to do Bootcamp tomorrow. I have done it once already... but it's part of my CIRCUITS this month. I remember that it was hard, but I liked it! :)

The hairdo's are funny too, aren't they??

So I did Bootcamp today, decided to circuits every other week alternating with GS. It was good. I like it better than Insansity and it is similar except you lift weights in between the insanity. LOL! 62 min workout and I burn 552 cals. That's pretty good. I feel good, I ate really well today, too.

I have all of them, hahaha, except Classic Step, Imax, and I have Supersets in video, but I didn't care for that one so much, (too easy) not sure I'll ever replace it. I didn't care for High step Challenge or High Step Training. I think it was too much high impact, I think, I forget. But I haven't done them in awhile so they could've been too advanced for me and that's why I didn't like them. Rythmic Step and Power Hour are awesome. Terminator is really, really good for circuit workouts. There was one other I didn't have I forget. I didn't care for Hardcore Extreme either and forget why. And Rythmic Step rocks too.

Shanihib, I love Cardio & Weights and Imax 2, two of my favorite.

Laura, see, no wonder why you look so good and I don't at the same weight. You're doing awesome. I think the scale finally may be moving again for me. I saw a drop but can't count on it, it's only been there for two days, so far.

Hardcore Extreme

Power Hour... etc

That would only leave a couple of ones I'm not too interested in... like the Terminator, Timesaver and a couple of Cathe's OLDER, beginner/intermediate workouts.

SHANIHIB, Core Max is really good. I've got all inds of core dvds also, but Core Max takes the cake. 3x 20 minutes for each one. The third one (tough core) ROCKS!

Ah to have solid legs... that is where I carry my weight. This morning I was at 22.2% BF. I can't wait to lose another 3 lbs or so because I'll be down to 18 or so and my core will be solid as a rock again. I swear, these last few pounds make so much difference!

And I too only have 3 or 4 more DVDs to buy to have all of Cathe's workouts. I have hesitated mostly because they are ones that are less exciting to me (CoreMax, I already have TONS of core work; Cardio + Weights and IMAX2, well I have Cardio + Weights as part of my step DVD, it came with Basic Step, so it is frustrating to spend $49 on a single workouts, that kind of thing) I *will* cave and get them though. I know it!

I know what you mean, PAULINE! That's how I ended up with so many of them. There are only a very few left of Cathe's dvds that I don't have now... I used to go to Cathe,com and preview the workouts to see which ones I wanted. emoticon
Which ones do you have PAULINE?
I also retook my body fat this morning... the results said 18%, but I think I may not be doing it correctly. Although I just watched a bunch YOUTUBE How-To videos and maybe I am doing it right. Not sure. I did it 3 times in a row and got roughly the same results. I have a hard time pinching anything on my legs. They are solid as a rock! I can't say the same for my flabby arms, though! LOL!

I did Step, Jump & Pump today for the first time. It was also great! Great total body workout and cardio all in one. I'm getting so spoiled. I have come to expect nothing but the best from Cathe. Although, she hasn't let me down yet! emoticon

I am in the same situation, Laura! I bought a bunch of Cathe's dvds using my discount from STS and then the power tower - but I didn't get to do some of them because I was doing STS, (the Gym style series, Muscle Endurance, Muscle Max) and then I injured my knee so I wasn't even able to do my new Cathe cardio workouts. I am only now getting to them and I am loving them! I spent this week-end making tables of all the workouts I had and grouping them by type of workouts. I then put in the length of the dvd, and the difficulty rating for them - posted on the Cathe forum - to help me make my September rotation this month. It feels like Christmas. I am so looking forward to shock cardio, too. I keep hoping we'll get a post saying that they've begun filming!

Yeah! Like I said... I ordered soo many, that I can almost do a NEW one every day for the next month. Well, ok, there are a couple of repeats, just cause I LOVE KPC so much. But, generally speaking, I get to try a new one almost everyday! :)
I even got STS here and SCS on pre-order, so I will be doing Cathe workouts until next spring, at least. I figure at that point, the old will be NEW again! LOL! I may never do anything but Cathe workouts again ever!

I'm doing Gym Styles and Insanity. I can't do the high impact every day so I'm sort of alternating. I'm going to do the Pyramids on opposite weeks.

I'm on week 2 of Meso 1 in STS, so I'll be finishing Meso 1 in the month of Sept. DH is doing it with me which has been super fun.
As far as cardio, I'm on a running kick, and since the weather ought to get at least a little cooler, I can't see that changing much. :)

Going into between CLX and Hardcore Series. After two weeks of CLX Burn Phase I move onto the Push phase because the Burn Phase has gotten easy. Oh well and there is not enough cardio in CLX for me. :( So It's Hardcore Series in the place of the CLX cardio and that extra rest day that comes with it.

For the month of September I have a ST "theme" for each week;

week 1 = 4DS, week 2 = 3 total body,
week 3 = Pyramid, week 4 = bootcamp and
week 5 = gym style

Cardio accompanying my ST for these weeks are:

week 2 along with 3 days total body ST I am doing KPC, Low Max, and Drill Max

week 3 along with Pyramid UP & LB 2x - so 4 days of ST I will do rhythmic step, Imax 2 and 4DS kickbox

week 4 - a week taken from Cathe's bootcamp rotation

week 5: Is gym style - 1 day per dvd along with KPC, low max and either bootcamp or LIC

Goodness, I love the variety of Cathe's workouts!

I am finishing up ChaLean Extreme this month and adding short periods of cardio onto the program, with as much Cathe as I can. Tuesdays are my Cathe days for sure...

October I'll be back to Cathe!

I've backslidden... I reached my goal and was now maintaining, but now I need to lose 10 pounds and firm up.

I'll be starting STS Mesocycle #1 on Sunday Sept 6th.
I plan on posting on the Mesocycle #1 thread in detail and here for a weekly update.

I'm doing a rotation I call MOSTLY CIRCUITS. It is available for download on Cathe's site, in the workout manager.
Today, I will do Drill Max. :)
