Check out the 'schedule' of the STS workouts....
Find similar exercises on the other Cathe Strength Training workouts -
(ie...gym style....4-d split...whatever you have)
You can also use your premixes or simply use the CHAPTER MENU and go to the exercises that you need.

I just preordered STS shock cardio...can't wait! I don't have the other STS training DVD's yet as I am a little short on cash, but I just couldn't let the preorder deal go by on shock cardio.

Do you think I could just continue to alternate with the other strength DVD's I have now, or is it better to wait until I can mix with the STS strength DVD's?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. :-)

Great gains Pauline. I know what you mean about not knowing if you did them right the first time. I've been redoing my 1RM this past week too. I'm starting STS over tomorrow since I can't seem to make myself stick to any other weight training lately. DH is supposed to do it with me and actually has spent the last week doing his 1RM. Hopefully he will stick with it.

My official results of STS Chest and Back:

One rep max:

Incline Chest Flys:
Feb = 24 Aug = 29

Chest Flys:
Feb - 26 Aug = 29

One Arm Row:
Feb = 29 Aug = 35

Barbell Rows:
Feb = 53 Aug = 65

One Arm Horizontal Row:
Feb = 29 Aug = 34

Deadlifts:
Feb = 41 Aug = 58

Flat Bench Press:
Feb = 68 Aug = 74

Incline Bench Press:
Feb = 59 Aug = 67

These results are a little flawed since I don't think I did my one rep maxes the right way. Some I rushed through and did too many in one day. Also the six months is because I was going to go through it doing the six month rotation which I did do for Meso 1 then I had to rest for a few weeks because of injury. I came back and did some of Meso 1 again and also did part of Meso 3 twice because of vacation.

I will be reviewing the Cathe TV instructions/tips for the STS program on U-Tube.

I want to be ready for this rotation
I'll be doing a TOTAL-STS from Sept 6 through Dec 19.

I'm using my current challenge to get my nutrition tweaked to the right amount of calories for MUSCLE BUILDING .... adjusting my schedule (time management) to make room for my TOTAL-STS-CHALLENGE.

I want this time through to be a productive rotation.

Cathe took the time to make the instructional clips.
I can make the time to review them.....

I felt it best to open up this Challenge Forum to include the CURRENT MONTH'S CHALLENGE
So....STS/SCS is Sticky #1
The current Month Challenge is Sticky #2
And I kept the BF% formula thread as Sticky #3 because I get a lot of inquiries about people's ideal weight....the formula is the best I know for determining what YOU should be/weigh.

The Slow & Heavy Challenge continues (see S&H thread)

The original STS threads still exist within this Challenge forum....simply post to them and they will return to the top of the list. No one has posted (but me) since the end of June...so I felt it best to remove the Stickies....like I said...they still exist and please post to them if you want.

STS/SCS Thread will be Sticky #1 for the upcoming TOTAL Cathe Program.

Can't wait!!!

emoticon I'll be starting my 2nd STS rotation Sept 6, 2009. It will HOPEFULLY include the new Shock Cardio System workouts AND my CATHE TOWER...
Hoping, hoping, hoping.

Anyone wanting to join that challenge 09/06 thru 12/19 is more than welcome.
That gives about 5 weeks to prepare...so get moving! emoticon
