I don't know, I slept really good last night and my FBS was 141 this morning, my head is all stuffed up and my lower back is hurting, I'm not eating right again though so is that making my FBS sugars high??? I need to get back on track

The less I sleep it seems to make my FBS elevate. I assume if you have less sleep after your last food it makes sense to me it will be high.

If you have an hour or so sleep, then you burn more calories off.
I am just thinking this. It does that to me.

My A1C is up a little these past 3 months; From 6.4 to 6.6. My Doctors don't seem to concerned. My weight is down a little to 210 from 220. These past 3 months we made 2 bus trips where the meals were served buffet, All the buffets had high carb foods or food with gravy. This made managing my diabetes difficult. Usually my morning numbers are about 115 to 120. If I am off my diet they go up to 130-140. At bed time they are about 100. I find the higher my sugars are in the AM I haven't slept well. Trying to get back on track even with the holidays.
