Greek yoghurt mixed with half a scoop of casein protein powder and mixed fresh fruit. Everything I need in there, and casein seems to really fill me up. Protein is my focus with my current goals and training.

Had two fat free fig newtons and 3 oz. glass of Orange Juice. BS was low so opted for this snack. Helped get the BS in range and kept me satisfied.

I eat my last snack by 7pm and in the morning my B/s numbers are very low,
every morning which that makes me happy....hubby's is low as well in the 70's
or 80's.

Starving at bedtime. Had a bowl of decent cereal with 1% milk. 99 FBS. My FBS seems to be higher if I DON'T eat a snack before bed. My doctor says it's my body pushing sugar to wake me up.

Sometimes, if we eat supper early. I'm like JANICEONE1. My FBS is actually higher if I don't have an evening snack, though. Weird.

1/4 of a banana,3 fresh strawberries and half of an individual angel food cake tonight. Most of the time, I mix fresh fruit with some nuts.

I've found that if I don't have something at night, my FBS is high (120-140) range, when I have a weight watchers brownie bite my FBS is between 100-120 range. this morning my FBS was 116 and I had a brownie bite and some pretzels
