WEDNESDAY: a huge salad (cherry tomatoes, baby leaves). pear
THURSDAY: none
FRIDAY: artichoke (is that a vegetable?...)
SATURDAY: pear, salad with cherry tomatoes, lettuce, red peppers
SUNDAY: salad (tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot)

I'd say yes.....The total antioxidant capacity of artichoke flower heads is one of the highest reported for vegetables.
