Super late but I've been pretty good this June!

June 1: 3 miles
June 2: 4 miles
June 3: 5 miles
June 4: 5 miles
June 5: 4 miles
June 6: 2 miles
June 7: 5 miles
June 8: 6 miles
June 9: 6 miles
June 10:...
June 11: 6 miles
June 12: 5 miles
June 13: 5 miles
June 14: 8 miles
June 15: 9 miles
June 16: 8 miles
June 17: 2 miles

You'd think with all these miles I"m getting in that I'd be able to break my stubborn plateau! (I walk to and from work most days... 1.7 miles each way, so that helps get a lot of these miles in)

Our challenge (thanks to member PHATABULOUS) is to challenge yourself to do an intentional mile every day in the month. If you miss a day, please still participate to challenge yourself to as many days as you can then. An intentional mile would be you actually going out for a walk, do a mile on the treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, swim, etc.
When you have completed your mile, post a emoticon after the date on your own thread. You can post a new post daily with your whole month, or just edit your original post.
