Goal Cardio Minutes: 166 (2 days/week)
Actual Cardio Minutes: 124 = short by 24 minutes
emoticon I didn't meet my goal because I haven't done cardio at all this week -- yet. I will do 2 days of cardio this week, contributing to my February cardio goal.

Goal Strength Sessions: 9 (2/week)
Actual Strength Sessions: 8
emoticon I missed 1 session the first week of January. I reached my goal of 2/week for the following weeks, except for this week -- thus far. I will do a 2nd session this week, contributing to my February strength goal.
