Happy January Everyone! I'm starting over after not exercising for a while, so I'm gonna keep my goal low.

January Goal Minutes: 300

Jan. 1-7: 95 minutes! (M=30 min, T=30 min, Th=35 min)
Jan. 8-14: 40 minutes (This was a hard week; death in the family :( )
Jan. 15-21: (T=40 min)
Jan. 22-28:
Jan. 29-31:

Total: 135 minutes (and I'm aware about FitBit, I'm counting "planned" workouts, lol!)
