YOUR Summer Plan: Low carb seems to work well for me so will focus on this way of weight loss. I might not be able to do 20 but hoping to stick around 50 or less per day. More protein, less fat and sugar. I feel better and will welcome seeing a change in how my clothes fit! Exercise more and incorporate more weight training.

I've resumed a modified Whole 30 plan, with lots of veggies, some fruit, lean protein, healthy fats and nonfat Greek yogurt. Major focus on avoiding processed food. This has worked well for me in previous years.

I am going to keep walking every day neither outside if weather permits if not on the treadmill and use my strider more often , listen to up beat music 1x a day
I am going to stay away from fastfood (mostly Wendys) if you read my FB post today you know why LOL I am doing this to keep a heart healthy life style the best I can to keep the blood flowing good in my arteries and get rid of this extra weight hanging on since Christmas that won't leave .
