Reward FOR REACHING MY goal: THINKING I will treat myself to a facial~~Have not had one done by someone else in years!

I measured EVERYTHING~~ emoticon From under boobs to around boobs to under belly roll to around belly roll plus the usual waist/hips/neck/arms/legs/ etc....
Total inches lost is~~TaDA~~10.75~~~ emoticon

The two biggest loses were 3 inches each on waist and around belly roll....NO losses on any parts of arms and legs ( weird eh? )

So even with normal measurements of boobs/waist/hips and neck...total inches lost is~~ 6.75inches~~

Spring Fling Challenge Goal: to get better mobility from my total knee replacement, be able to do my arm exercises without pain and lose 5 lbs.

March 21st - 199.0 not the way I wanted but at hospital for last week while dad is dying

March 28th - 197.0 starting back on track still hard to do my physio ex. but doing them.

April 4th - 197.2 sigh so tired heads not here well yet.

April 11th - 200 guess still not on my game plan so don't want this with my new knee smarten up self.

April 18th -sorry just not at big puter often was201

Record Starting Weight on March 14: 210 (so upset with myself for letting old habits and lack of exercise get the better of me. - up 10 pounds since the last challenge ended - sigh)

March 21st - 208.5 (down 1.5 pounds)

March 28th - 207.4 (down 1.1 pounds)

April 4th (3rd) -206 (down 1.4 pounds) - WI early. Travel day tomorrow and didn't eat to forget in the rush of getting out the door!)

April 11th - 205.5 (down .5 pounds) - yay for a scale where we are this week!

April 18th - 206 - yay for a scale where we are this week!

April 25th - 203 (down 3 pounds YAY!)

May 2nd - 200.8 (down 2.2 pounds - Woo hoo!)

Total lost for challenge: 9.2 pounds - ALMOST made my goal of 10 lbs for this challenge and ALMOST in ONEderland! So close! I think I will still get my nails done this week anyway :-)

I also lost 4.5 inches! YAY!

No exercise to speak of; but I ate a TON of vegetables & fruit this past week!

I'm sad because I walked for an hour most days of the week. I have been drinking V8 with added Tabasco & Worcestershire Sauce though. (Sodium... I know! I know!)

April 4th - 174.0 emoticon Lost 0.8 lbs from last week. (Or 1.8 total loss.)
Still exercising most days of the week: 60-75 minutes
But now it's half walking and half following Leslie Sansone exercise dvds.

April 11th - 174.6 emoticon Dag nab it! Up 0.6 from last week!
Still exercising an hour EVERY day!
Total loss to date: 1.2 lbs.

April 18th - 174.2 - - - down 0.4 from last week

Spring Fling Challenge Goal: This is a no brainer for me, as I want to reach my 50 lb weight loss by May so I will need to lose to 180 lbs.(approx 15 lbs) It may not happen but it won't for sure if I don't try!)

Record Starting Weight on March 14: 195.6 ( emoticon 1 lb from last Saturday - I know, I know it doesn't count for our challenge)

March 21st: 193 emoticon 2.6 lbs!

March 28th 190.6 emoticon 2.4 lbs (Total loss 5 lbs!)

April 4th 188.8 emoticon 1.8 lbs (Total loss 6.8 lbs)

April 11th 188.6 emoticon .2 lbs (Total loss 7 lbs)

April 18th 187 emoticon 1.6 (Total loss 8.6 lbs)

April 25th 189 emoticon 2 lbs! (Total loss 6.6 lbs) This is my first gain since Dec. and only the second gain since Oct. I'm back working hard once again!

May 2nd 184.5 emoticon 4.5 lbs! I didn't reach my goal but my total loss for the challenge is 11.1 lbs! I'm happy with that!

Measurements show a loss of 3 inches!


Reward if I reach my goal: Deciding on a reward is difficult for me and something I rarely do but if I make my goal I want to buy a new outfit that shows off my successful weight loss for my family and friends back home. I've also been thinking of professionally getting my hair colored.
