expecting that I will gain or stay the same next week as my appetite returns

Total Challenge Loss: 4.5 pounds (3% of starting weight)

I am so excited to get started. I figure I can lose 20 lbs in this time frame and I will be firmly back in Onederland (see I remember that term!).

Apr 12th Starting Weight 214

Apr 19th 214- 0 unhealthy snacks, 0 eating out - 1268 average calories daily

Apr 26th 211 - yoga'd every morning

May 3rd 208 - drank minimum of 8 glasses of water every day

May 10th 207.5 - average sodium per day 1285, calories 1276

May 17th 204.5 - didn't meet the challenge at all :-(

May 24th 204.5 - no weight loss, this challenge didn't work for my schedule, sorry.

May 31st 204.2 - arggghhhh!!

Jun 7th 201.5 Yay!

Lost 12.5 lbs this challenge, woot, thank you Sharon!

May 17th 232.6. Up 2. Got on scale once for a new challenge start

May 24th 232.4 down .2. No snacks after dinner but only had dinner before 7 on one night

May 31st I forgot to weigh in this morning. Sorry.

Jun 7th 231.6. Down .8 from last WI and I believe a slight loss for the challenge. Hope everyone had a successful challenge

May 17th 244.0 (-1.4) weighed in on wed to see what I had to do for BLC challenge on thurs WI there and was up to 247 so no ignoring the scale rest of week. I failed this challenge but rocked out the wt loss.

May 24th 244.6 (+0.6) salt from mexican, i am sure so no worries since i was 243.3 yesterday

May 31st 240 but using a different scale since on vacation and it weighs 1-3 lbs heavier than one at home. Last WI at home was 241 on Friday am. (-4.6)

Jun 7th 239 (-1#) still using old scale so cannot wait for next week and regular scale. (12.6# gone in 10 weeks, Whoo hoo !)

With all my social eating, my weight has went up since our last challenge ended, so with deep regret I must be honest in recording my starting weight. Now I will get back to losing once again!

Apr 26th 229.2 emoticon .6 lbs (thanks to thinking about the challenge!)

May 3rd 227.2 emoticon 2 lbs! I'm headed in the right direction now!

May 17th 227.2 I can't believe I stayed the same weight another week! emoticon
