Here is a NSV for you!!! ( me...I mean ...lol )

I was so wrapped up these past weeks of tracking foods and exercises with this challenge that I have forgotten which team I am on and who is on my team!!

I think that is wonderful that I forgot....tells me that even though I am on a team~~I am doing this for ME!! right? emoticon

January 18, New Challenge (Deficits, you'd think we were the Government or something!)

Weight, 206.8

January 25: pounds lost or gained; "Deficit Days" Weight 204.4 lbs. Total deficit 3,451 cal. Forgot Fit Bit 2 days, 3 days greater than 500 cal deficit, 2 days almost 500 cal deficit. Lost 2.4 pounds. emoticon


February 1: pounds lost or gained; "Deficit Days" Weight 205.2. Deficit days - 3. Gained 1.2 pounds.


February 8: pounds lost or gained; "Deficit Days" Weight, 204.8. Lost 0.4 lbs. Only tracked 2 days as I've been sick all week and eating cough drops and drinking tea. emoticon


February 15: pounds lost or gained; "Deficit Days" Weight 205, gained 0.2 lbs. Didn't track at all as I was still sick and never even opened my computer. emoticon


February 22: pounds lost or gained; "Deficit Days" Weight, 204.8. Lost 0.2 lbs. Deficit days, 2.


March 1: Pounds lost or gained; "Deficit Days" Lost 0.6 lbs. Deficit days = 2. Only tracked 2 days as work is JUST TOO MUCH right now! emoticon




March 8: pounds lost or gained; "Deficit Days" 0 deficit days; gained 3 pounds . emoticon


March 15: pounds lost or gained; "Deficit Days" I counted 3 deficits over 700 calories, but gained 3 pounds. I'm now at 210 lbs. Something is weird here. I've also been extremely tense and anxious and CRABBY!. I apologize to all of you, and I think I'm going to have to forego more challenges till I figure out what's wrong.
