Try something like the:

Action: Stretch before and after your run for at least

Amount: 10

Measurement: minutes

Goals reads: Stretch before and after your run for at least 10 minutes

Then we can enter the number of minutes when we track the goals!!!

too much information...
ok.. the goalsie thingarama has me stumped at the present time... I have tried to wrap my head around setting a team goal for the stretching department, however I am confused by the sparks template how to fill in their blanks! in re: to measurement etc.. hmm...
There is an area for selecting individual goals such as drinking water, getting more sleep.. but all of these are from are static--in that you can't add your own individual goals such as stretching...
does this make sense? hmmmm...

BUT there is a part of everyone's sparks that allows for individualizing GOALS in the OTHER GOALS section of our page..... you can modify medium goals..etc.. whatever they call it... I will keep trying to figure it out...but in the meantime the team goal is based on MILEAGE.....

One team goal is up and running

go check it out...
to TRACK it.. you click on the track goal.. and then add your mileage in for each day...etc... hmmmm... did I explain that right? Seems pretty self explanatory anyhow!

I love the brainstorming going on over here!! Thinking that we will launch our goal(s) in May... we can "may-ke" (aka make) it happen in May! right?

so we have a couple more days to fine tune our thoughts... so let's go team... any other thoughts/suggestions... let 'em roll...

Maybe we could try something new each week. Each team member could have a turn to choose something new, things like trying a new route, a new type of workout like speed or tempo, a visualization exercise, a new stretch, or any crazy thing we can come up with!

I like the stretching and warming up goal; I also like the huddle goal. It would be motivating to me to have some kind of running goal - maybe a as a team we run "x" number of miles a month.

i am working on SCHEDULING my runnin to three times a week...rather than haphazardly winging it... and inadvertantly skipping some runs due to poor planning.......... hmmm...
mileage.... stretching, planning.... these are all good thoughts... lets keep brain storming..........

I am working on running 3 days a week for at least 3 miles but trying to increase to 5 miles per run...also looking to improve my miles per month goal

It could be something that we know we should do but don't always- like stretching after every run, or warming up properly.

Let's put our heads together and think cooperatively for a team goal for the Runner's Cafe...

Sound off any ideas here... in terms of mileage? Points? hmmm.... what do we have sparksters..... what would you like to see in the area of a team goal?

We can do it... we can come up with something that will spark up our routines!
