I don't believe it...up .6 of a pound. What food with added sodium must I have eaten, yesterday. Yesterday, I was down a pound. You just never know.

I guess yes and no I don't have the book but I watch his show every day and follow his weight loss tips
One of the biggest changes I made was to start drinking his high Omega 3 fatty acid morning drink that consists of 1 Cup unsweetened all natural cranberry juice 1 Cup water, 100% whey powder, ground psyllium husks, milled chai seeds, wheat germ, 2000mg salmon oil Krill is better if you caqn find it. Then I add my portion of nuts ; almonds about 20, and my three servings of fruit; raw fresh pineapple, 4 large fresh strawberries and right now I'm using wild Saskatoons as my third. I also add 1/4 Cup fat free Activia yogurt.
And I'm about to start adding fesh raw unsweetend coconut as well.
This makes 30 oz and it takes me all morning to finish it So I'm never hungry.
I do the same for lunch (around 3-3:30 only I exchange the juice for 1 Cup V8 and the fruit for fresh raw vegetables 5-6 different kinds making sure one of them is an avacodo.
This cleans you out every day eliminating fats toxins and poisons and targets belly fat!

Then for dinner I'll have my 4-6 oz serving of chicken white meat, or fish right now salmon and sardines are the highest in Omega 3 fatty acids so I trade off Tonight is's salmon and I just picked up the makings for a fresh tossed salad to go with it.
Romaine lettuce, tomatoe, mushrooms. green onions,My dressing is 2 Tbsp virgin Olive oil and sesame seeds garlic and pepper.
Dinner for me is between 7-7:30 so there is no getting hungry before bedtime and this omits late evening snacking! IF I need something I will have a fruit or a small bowl of cheerios with 1% milk.

And all I do for exercise is walk 30 minutes in the morning, do my household chores and outdoor yard work mostly.

This I do six days a week and the only thing I change on that seventh day is my lunch I add a cheese sandwich with 2 sliced of Ezekiel bread and maybe I let myself have a dessert and a different kind of meat.
Anothe rhuge key is listening to my body when it's actually hungry and when it's comfortably full I stop eating! I also drink 40 oz water with Apple cider vinegar throughout the day.

That's it Nothing out of the ordinary

Mine too AMY I can put on 13 pounds of bloat during T.O.M So I have tossed my home scale and weigh myself once a week; Thursday mornings because of the moons cycle you weigh you lightest and true weight., at the doctors office.

This morning I am down 7 pounds from last Thursday! IT IS WORKING! IT IS WORKING! IT IS WORKING! THANK YOU DR OZ!

Foods high in Potasium and Magnesium

Fruits
1. Bananas, prunes, prune juice, citrus juices, dried apricots, raisins and cantaloupe are fruits that are high in magnesium and potassium.

Vegetables
2. Potatoes, spinach, avocados and artichokes are high in magnesium and potassium. As a rule of thumb, green vegetables are a source of magnesium.

Nuts and Legumes
3. Almonds, cashews, soybeans, peanuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, pinto beans and baked beans are all considered to be foods high in magnesium and potassium.

Cereals, Grains and Dairy
4. Wheat bran, shredded wheat, yogurt and whole milk, are all foods that are high in magnesium and potassium. Magnesium is even found in chocolate pudding!

Meats and Fish
5. Fish such as halibut is very high in magnesium. Most meats have some magnesium in them, but there is more potassium in most meats than magnesium. Still, eating a variety of meats will add to your intake of these important nutrients.

My weight can fluctuate as much as five pounds within a day. I always thought that was a lot, but maybe that's normal. I gained this week since I didn't track and ate some foods I normally wouldn't have. This week I'm back on "track" though, lol.

This was a crazy week so thanks to Vegas and margaritas :)I'm back at 200. I'm still down 20 and back on it, I'm kinda thinking that the workouts that I'm gonna have to do to make up for those two pounds will so be worth it though. That's a fun town.

I am down 2.6 as well, of course was not sick, sorry to hear(read) you had food poisoning, glad you are feeling better, good thing is that tummy shrunk which means you wont be hungry as often , provided you dont stretch it back out, dont try to keep a poor appetite, try to keep a healthy one emoticon

I have had food poisoning since Tuesday and I am down 2.6. I intend to keep my weight off and hopefully continue to have a poor appetite. Those were the only good things resulting from my illness.

I just weight myself,171 pounds emoticon and this weekend is going to be hard to loss the weight. I have a B-day party tomorrow and Easter dinner on Sunday.

Unfortunately up 1.8 this week. Started back to school last week and again my scheduled eating times are out of wack. Actually tracked and on some days did not get in all the calories that were called for. On some days husband and I were not able to work in our meal until after 8 pm. It would be nice to be able to have a regular be able to sit down each day and eat together at the same time but it is hard to fit it in.
Hopefully, next week won't be so imblanced.

no change in weight this week but I know what I did so I know how to fix it, side note I have been doing great all week and did not do real bad on weekend so just 2 days of cheating a little stalled weight loss, that burns me up but now i know thats all it takes

well the good part is , is that you have not gained, for myself seems like those lbs creep on easily, not gaining is still a step in the right direction, dony feel down about it take this a chance to learn what works for you and what wont so you can tweak your plan to your advantage

( only those who risk going to far know how far they can go)

self control is knowing you can and deciding you wont

the only thing you can't do ....is what you dont think you can do!!!!!.
