WO 11 done today and the dive bombers seem to be getting easier but only doing them in forward motion. Not going to attempt backwards until I have the strength to get the forward motion mastered!!! Only one more workout of 11 left!! YAY only 4 days remaining so totally excited to say I've finished this program!!! Looking forward to tomorrows workout 12 to see how I've progressed so far.

Great job ladies, lets keep going as we are narrowing in on the final days!!! emoticon emoticon

Those dive bombers are really hard for me as well. The last time I did them I got 5 forward and backward. But when it came time to repeat I had nothing left and had a hard time even doing them forward.

Today wo 12, my challenge in this routine is the wheel. I can't even do the beginner version of this move. I'm not sure whether it requires flexibility or strength that I don't have. Everything else I show up for.

Wo 9 done for today still have probs with those dive bombers. I thought I would have picked up on them completely by now but I guess not well I have one more day of wo 9 this week so hopefully I'll get a hang of them

wo 11 today and I did so much better. I was able to do the liberty jumps on both legs and I was also able to do the chataronga (sp) the first time. What a killer quad and arm routine this is.

well time got away from me on Sunday so I ended up taking my rest day on Sunday instead. Got up this morning for WO 12. Felt I did pretty good with this, but WO 11 really had me hurtin, my muscles were screaming yet again. Don't get me wrong I know that just means my muscles are getting stronger but wow..... Cardio 3 tomorrow, I'm on the countdown, only 7 days left. Easter Sunday will be my last & final day of JMBR. Looking foward to seeing the final results althought TOM is this week and I'm sure weight wise it may not be at my lowest but that's ok because I love the way I feel right now!

Ashley keep up the great work in phase 3! I know these workouts aren't tough but they are still good!! I believe 11 is the most difficult in my opinion.

Thank you for your concerns about my husband's cold. He is doing much better. Maria, I hope you are well soon too.

I've reached my weight goal of 130 so now I have set my goal on 128. I haven't weighed that since I was in high school and was in gymnastics.

I did cardio 3 today. I did pretty well but I must admit I don't do the cannonball jumps. I'm just not a fan of those high plyo jumps when I'm sucking wind so I take that time as a little rest.
My schedule of which dvd I'm doing has gotten kind of out of wack but that's okay...I'm still doing it. Cherie, tomorrow is my rest day too. I dislike Mondays so not working out makes them a bit better.

Maria wishing you better soon, sorry you are feeling under the weather too.... I agree that it is in fact that time of year. I'm going to say this but knock on wood.... I haven't been sick at all this season. I also have been taking extra vit C because everyone at work has been sick around me. I refuse to use my time off I get being sick, that is just no flippin fun. Hope you get to feeling better soon. Would you be interested in trying those 2 killer workouts with me when I finish? I've never done abs of course but only did level one of the b&t.
Ashley you are doing great keep up the hard work. I've been looking for either walmart or target to get Hardbody as didn't really want to order off line, but I might have too. LOL
I've thought about RI30 too plus doing the 30 day slim down.... LOL got all kinds of ideas, but I truly liked the 30 day slim down when I did it back last november. Only thing I didn't like about it was the workouts were about an hour long.... emoticon I do think though after BR that my endurance for that should be way.................................... better!!!!

WO 11 done today and I thing because of TOM, it really kicked my ass today. wow but good news is 298 calories burned!!! I have WO12 tomorrow and suppose to have rest day on monday. As bad as my thighs were screaming today, I'm sure I'll take it!!

Cherie: Thanks I'm trying to figure out as well what workouts I want to do once I've completed Body Rev. I've done KB&T along time ago when I first got it. I swear level 2 for that dvd was harder then level 3 at the time. Killer abs I've done I did the first 2 levels each 5 days I tried level 3 once OMG thought I was guna die. I think I'm gonna do Hard Body once I've completed Body Rev. Do that dvd for 2 weeks. Then do RI30 for a mnth

Sorry to hear your husband has been sick. How is he doing? I think it is that time of the year. Yesterday I had to go to the dr and he said I had upper respiratory infection. emoticon
That is great that you are enjoying and getting better at speed bag. I have to tell you a secret, I do Leslie Sansone Walking DVDs and there is part where you have to move side to side then she tell you to turn around facing forward and then you have to punch, well during this time I think of that speeding bag (your speeding bag as I don't have one) LOL... being in front of me and I am punching that! emoticon

emoticon Not sure yet what I want to do?! I have been thinking about JM Killer buns & thighs along with Killer Abs. KB&T last June about killed me, it was so difficult for me. I've never tried the KA, I have it just never tried it. I would love to give BR another round but think I'll wait til summer maybe to go through it as I'd like to avoid from being burned out.

I did wo 12 today and then I did 35 minutes of speed bag and treadmill intervals. I"m getting better with the speed bag thing. My balance was not bad today during the wo. Today was day 81 for me of JM Body Revolution.

HI JIllian Buddies!

My alarm clock (my retired hubby) that faithfully brings me my morning coffee to wake me up has been sick with a cold and has been getting up later himself. So...yesterday I did not get up in time for my workout and today I only had 25 minutes so I ran, yes ran....on the treadmill. I would say I ran at least 75% of the time and I'm really happy about that. So, that is my story why I didn't do wo 12 and cardio 3 and I'm sticking to it!

Cherie, you are the leader of this here group...so what do you say....are you going to start it all over again or do you have another challenge in mind? I'm with you girl! I wouldn't mind doing it over again. I loved haviing new routines every two weeks and honestly I can't remember what I did yesterday so it would feel all new again I think.

I will give it hell tomorrow emoticon

emoticon emoticon Ashley!!!!! I can't do the crab kicks the way they do, I have to rotate my feet cuz I don't have the coordination right now to do the jumping kicks while in crab. It will be a goal the next round to get up there!!!

Day 81 done, C3 this morning. Really love this workout, but had pushed myself really hard today and had to take a 20 sec break in the 3rd circuit. My heart rate was so high and I couldn't catch my breath so I thought it would be ok!!!

Maria, def can see the perfect reason why you would want to get moving & be healthy!!! 3 grand babies to be there for and watch grow up!!!

Day 80 (did I really just type 80?!?) done WO 12 today. The wheel was a little more difficult this morning than it was over the weekend when I did it for the first time. I'm sure it has to do with the fact my body wasn't as awake as it would be in the afternoons. I am looking forward to it later on this weekend to see how much progress I have made!!! I'm feeling great and to see there are only 10 days left blows my mind!!!

Thanks for your kind words. I haven't been able to be online too much myself, right now the energy I get is from watching my grandson during the week for a few hours while his mamma (my DIL) goes to her lab courses at college. And I get to see the two granddaughters off to school each morning, they are the reason I have so much energy right now, I want to be here for a long time for them. Not to mention all the trips we have coming up this year I want new clothes! emoticon
That was funny about your MIL saying that about you. Being from a big Hispanic family when I started losing the weight they ALL said I looked too thin and this was when I was in the 170s! And I am only 5'2" tall. I cannot wait to see your results and pics.

Maria, you are kicking some major butt with all the working out you have been doing!!! emoticon Where are you getting all your energy?!

Yesterday was Cardio 3 for day 78, it seems to be getting easier and my endurance is getting better for this cardio workout! I really like it even if it gets me so winded!!! This morning was WO11. I felt it was a little easier this morning, my thighs weren't on fire as much. I'm thinking the double cardio 3 in one day really kicked my butt when it come to doing WO11 for the first time on sat!!! But I think this morning went ok I didn't have the strength to try for all the pushups from my toes so i had to settle for my knees. I think i'm getting much stronger for the dive bombers as I was able to do more (not the reverse) like WO 9 or 10 whichever was the one she introduced them. I totally can see the finish line from here and wondering what I am going to do special for myself for sticking too & completeing this program!!! Once I'm done I def will post my blog with the final results. I just haven't had much time lately to be online much.
I had to laugh last night when my hubby & I sat down for dinner...... He told me that his mom had voiced some concerns about me. She thinks I'm getting too thin. I asked my hubby if he explained to her I wasn't starving myself. He said, um yeah plus he told her I'm not too skinny and that I'm toning up!! Right now I feel great and love the strength I have gained in the course of the last 78 days!!! Can't wait to see what lies ahead for me!!!!!

Did wo 9 I thought I was guna die but I can tell I've gained sum strength since there is alot of shoulder n arm wrk. I really need to wrk on the dive bombers. Can't wait to see what wo 10 has n store for me

I taped BL so then I could fast forward thru all the talking, and re-runs of the season just saw the nitty gritty! emoticon I was sooooooo happy Danni won, I was wishing she would win, she looked so happy. Though, I did not like Alison's dress it was not flattering on her at all.

Today, I was on fire today for some reason. I did JM Ripped in 30 Week 1, 40 mins, burned 272 calories then I did Leslie Sansone Really Big 5 miles 1 hr 23 mins and burned 602 calories for a total of 874 calories! emoticon

Caraby - Way to go on your 90 lbs.....what an inspiration you are for us. Tracking your food in Sparkpeople will help you learn how many calories you are eating if this is something you need to do. It helped me. However...you must be doing something right. emoticon

I did the treadmill this morning. I just didn't feel ready for wo 11 again. Did anyone watch the Greatest Loser last night? My girl Danie won and I was so happy for her. emoticon

Hi all! I'm starting today! My personality and lifestyle don't lend themselves well to meal plans, so I'm planning to just track my calories here in Sparkpeople. Does anybody have any thoughts on that? Any advice for someone just now jumping in? I've lost 90lbs following Jill's advice over the course of several years and I'm hoping Body Revolution will help me kick that last 30 that I need to lose to get to my goal weight.

Good morning ladies,
I almost was afraid to do wo 12 this morning after Jillian killed me yesterday with 11. But I will have you know...she must have realized she couldn't do that to us two days in a row. Wo 12 was mild compared to 11 and I didn't need any breaks. The balance moves were challenging as always but I wasn't dead when I finished. So I did 15 minutes on the speed bag. I'm not very good at it and I won't be Rockie overnight but it did get my heart rate up and I can feel it in my shoulders...big time. emoticon

Ashley, I hope you have a great birthday tomorrow!!!

Maria it sounds as though you had a great hiking trip, days like that are much better when you are enjoying time with your friends regardless of where or what you are doing!!

Well after my crazy spell of getting 5 circuits of Cardio 3 done yesterday..... that's right I said 5. Yesterday morning I couldn't get through the 3rd circuit so I did the whole workout again after I got home from work and was able to get it done! I previewed WO 11 prior to starting it today so I knew ahead of time what kind of challenge I was going up against. WOWZA..... That's pretty much all I can say. Def going to be a workout I'll want to stick close too. I couldn't get all the way through the workout with out stopping at some point through each circuit. I'm still doing ok on the Pushup, but it does get too hard and I have to drop to my knees. The plank with reverse tri is extremely hard for me after doing all the other moves. I hold it on my toes until I'm about to fall on my face (well not really, more like my legs are going to cave). I go to my knees to finish it out. Really not sure if my legs are sore because of WO 11 or if its the double C3 yesterday mixed in with it. Anyway I'm looking forward to 12 tomorrow to see what kind of shape I'll be in come monday! LOL Hope you lovely ladies enjoy the rest of your weekends!!!

I have not really done BR, but hiking yesterday we ended up doing 10 miles the funny thing is that I could have gone more like 4 more hours my friends wanted to head back. I was also carrying a 10 lb backpack with lots of supplies, you know in case we got lost! I was gonna be prepared. Today, I might do some yoga later b/c my whole body is aching and hurting. Last night after i got home and showered I could barely walk the bottom of my feet were killing me esp my right heel, go figure. But guess what? I would do it all over again! emoticon I told hubby we needed to go do it! emoticon

Happy Birthdaty Jilliannfan!

I attempted to do wo 11 today and all I can say is OMG! I felt like I was at week 1 all over again. If I can master this wo I will know that I have come a long way. I didn't feel like I was that strong today or that committed so maybe I didn't give it my all, or maybe I wasn't ready...don't know. But at least I showed up!

As a reward for sticking to this program I bought a speedbag yesterday at Dick's. I thought it would be a fun way to get in some cardio. My husband is very good at it so it will be good for both of us.

Finished my last n final day of wo 7 2 more days left and Phase 2 is complete. Sunday is my bday n I'll be at work. Monday night goin out with my friends and bowling since we all work on St Patrick's day. Can't believe I'll be 27 ugh lol this year is gonna be awesome cuz I'm finally meeting my idol best bday present I bought for myself ever

Sokkernut - can't wait to hear about your hike and how many miles you went.
Cheri - We will get this done. I previewed 11 while on the treadmill this morning. Scorpion push ups look like killers. I will be giving them a try tomorrow. I'm still not happy that I'm taking a few breaks in Cardio 3 but that's okay...I'm movin' on. I wanted to hit my 500 fitness minutes today and I did with an extra 45 minutes on the treadmill.

I took today as a rest day b/c tomorrow going with two of my BFFs hiking which is 2 hours away and it is a 128 mile hiking trail, though don't know how many miles we doing yet thought best if I rested today for tomorrow! emoticon

To the best of my ability Maria, I'm going to do my best!!!

Workout 10 done this morning!! Man I don't think that workout will ever be "EASY" !! LOL But regardless it's a great sweat! Will be doing Cardio 3 in the morning and then I will preview WOs 11/12 tomorrow nigh to get an idea on them. I think I can move one but going to watch first before I say yay or nay......

Not sure I remember exactly what day I'm on but that's ok, did Cardio 3 yesterday to get a good sweat going and then this morning I did WO9. Thinking depending on how 10 goes in the morning and after previewig 11/12 I may just move on to those workouts to finish the 90 days out. Getting closer to the end and I'm glad I'm feeling much better. Thanks again ladies!! Your support means the world to me!

I honestly think that TOM about 2 wks ago really messed me up. One of the worst I'd had in months, but slowly I'm getting myself pulled back together. Just hope with me not following the best diet that I haven't gained any crazy weight.... Oh well I don't plan to weigh for a while as long as I feel ok and my smaller jeans fit, I can live with that!!!

You sound so much like me, if things happen like LIFE and something deters me from my schedule I "used to" get really frustrated if I didn't finish it on schedule not any more that is just added stress that is not necessary. I also had to take a break from BR program, I am type of person that gets bored really easy. So the last two days I have done Jackie Warner Xtreme Timesaver and today I did JM Hard Body DVD Level 1 though it is 45 mins long. Though I burned alot more calories with this than JM BR program go figure and I felt so much better. Maybe you need a little break from BR just a thought and come back to it I know this is what I am doing and what is working for me. You have to find what works best for you we are all different that is the beauty of people if we were all the same this world would be so boring. Hang in there doll. You got this. emoticon

Starting week 2 and the final week of phase 2 today woo hoo! Terrified of phase 3 but I'll be happy once I actually complete it for a first. Then I'm gonna do ripped in 30 for a month

Cher...I think you will be glad that you stuck to 9&10 for another week. I am...I feel sooooo much better this morning about how I kept up with the moves. My back has been bothering me so I wasn't sure whether I would feel up to it. But after I got started my back felt much better and I was into it.. If 10 goes as well as 9 did this morning I will feel ready to bring it to the next level. I even did those moves where from a standing position you roll back onto your back and then jump up without using my hands for the first time. emoticon

I appreciate having you all here to inspire me and help keep me motivated to keep pushing.

Thanks Sue & Maria. I'm not sure what the deal is, but I'm just tired of feeling this way!! I will over come this, as I always do. I'm thinking I will also be doing another week of 9 & 10, as these are hard work and I don't feel I'm strong enough to move on. Maybe that is something that has been bothering me thinking to myself "I HAVE TO FINISH WITH THE SCHEDULE GIVEN TO ME!". I know this is crazy and I shouldn't let it effect me. I am sticking to my routine as far as getting my workouts in, so at least I'm still working hard. Now to focus on my eating.... Got to get back to clean fresh foods as I think my body is lagging, not only from these tough hardcore workouts but not eating the correct type of fuel my body needs!!!
The support from you ladies is always comforting and much appreciated!!!

I ordered her Hard Body from Amazon BUT have yet to get it in the mail. emoticon Someone else said in thread that net gave it bad reviews, can't wait to check it out. I give JM new book Fast Slim book bad reviews on my own part (others could like it). Mainly it is everything she says in all her other books just condensed version and has other stuff like hair, makeup, etc. If you novice/new to JM then it would be a good book for you but not for someone who has been following her a long time, I find myself being bored when reading the book going okay, I know that already, okay I know that already it is just repeat of all her other books like I said.

emoticon on sticking with the program. I had to give it a break since we left for Santa Barbara but now I have to start back up Monday. Sorry you are in a slump we all go through that, I know I personally do every time I do a 30-90 day program but if it something I do on my own and just do DVD rotations I don't get bored, go figure. I am type gets bored really easy and I guess seeing JM everyday gets tiring. emoticon Trust me, my nutrition has not been all that good. I know you will dust yourself off and get yourself back up, we both will. emoticon

Well I think my body has been exhausted from the trip to Santa Barbara, the being lost on a bike in Santa Barbara and having ending up doing 28 miles (See BLOG ADVENTURES IN BIKING IN SANTA BABARA) and you will understand and then coming home and being sick. Not really to bad just really bad sinuses and b/c I am on all sorts of meds I cannot take anything I have to let it run its course its alot worse for me. emoticon I am ready to get back on track but don't know for how long as hubby says that now we might be leaving on a driving trip this Friday to New Mexico to the Badlands for one of his photography excursions will at least there will be alot of hiking done there but no JM available though.

Cher, So glad to see you back with us. We need you...and looks like you need us! Don't beat yourself up over the diet. I am so impressed that you have continued with the wo. That says alot about you. You didn't throw in the towel. Congratulations! We started it together...now let's finish it. It's interesting that both of us have felt like we needed a day off from 9 and 10 and cardio 3.

I did cardio intervals on the treadmill today and I was so excited that I actually ran and ran and wasn't constantly looking at the clock to see when it was time to walk again. That's an accomplishment for me cause I hate running. Tomorrow is my day of rest and next week I will repeat wo 9&10.

Well I'm still hanging in there but my diet has gone to hell. Not sure where I went wrong?! Good news is I am still doing the workouts. I did however had to take a day off Thursday. My body just was saying I need a day of rest. I have truly enjoyed phase 3 because of the challenge. I really don't know if I can move on to wk 11 come Tuesday. I will definitely preview the next 2 final dvds. I don't however want to burn myself out on the workouts. I have come to far now 2 stop! Need to find my mojo back. Like I said I am still doing the WO just feel so blah. I believe it's because of me not sticking to my healthy eating. emoticon
I need help from my spark friends to help me get back on track!!

Wo 10 done today. I will stay with wo 9 & 10 for a 3rd week. I did better on the balance moves today which is good.

Jillianfan...I will be interested in your review of Hard Body. I saw some negative reviews on the net. Let us know what you think.

wo 10 done. I've decided to do wo 9 & 10 for a 3rd week rather than move on to 11 & 12. The good news is that my balance was better today and I did a better job with the balance moves. They are my greatest challenge.
