I did a wee bit of stretching today, Finished painting a arbor/bench . Spent day yanking weeds, and cutting limbs off a tulip tree with my little saw. Did take a wall

The closes I came to a workout (it was a slow struggle) was going up and down the ladder getting things off walls so can wash all of it. Then putting it all back up onto the over-the-window shelves. Naturally, walls washed and curtains taken down. Am glad going back to work tomorrow. LOL

Water walking in chest-deep water. I was planning on doing 30 minutes but a friend joined me and then 40 minutes went right by. My knees always feel better on the way home from the pool than on the way there.

I had no intention of doing this! Didn't double check where I was to turn around on the trail to meet a county's hiking program. Where I thought was the marker to turn for a 3mi total, I ended up doing 5 miles. Which put me at 8.3mi for the day. Am sitting here with ice packs on my knees.

Only 20minutes of raking leaves. Started it and body said Nope, not today. You see, was too tired when got home last night. Field n Track Special Olympics coach and I didn't even unload bus when back, Went to eat, then to wellness center to sit in hot tub, dip to cool off, back to hot tub, shower then went to our homes. We spent an hour that morning dragging out equipment, loading on bus, and strapping down to go to Spring Games.The next five hours was spent walking all over that football field getting the athletes to their different events.Sat down long enough to eat our lunch on the bleachers. Still it was a very good day with lots of ribbons and excitement. Our 4 person relay even broke their own record from first place last year. Woo Hoo!

Walked and was caught in the dark again! When came to road, got off the Hike n Bike trail to get to my road so can walk home by the street lights. Would not have been able to see to get thru the woods.No more leaving to walk after 8.
