It is not wednesday, but I did it I finally used my new bike for 15 minutes today! emoticon I have been such a slacker since this new position at work.
I need to get moving.

I want to be the person my Dog thinks I am!

I haven't exercised regularly in a while, but I wasn't able to walk w/ my grandson yesterday (he split his chin and we wanted to keep him quiet)--and I actually missed our walk! Definitely good news.

I was just getting ready to exercise. The Dr. gave me permission to exercise for 15 min. or a half an hour depending on how I feel. I'm going to try 15 min. on the treadmill and 15 on the stationary bike. That will help some today. Just as soon as I post this. Hope

Should do at least 3/4 miles w/ my grandson when he gets off the bus--he's doing a "marathon" at school, over a 10-week period. We're a couple of miles behind! Linda C

UPDATE: We walked about 1 1/4 for his "marathon"--got to catch up! lgc
