I see that you were posting in July. This group doesn't seem too active, but I am trying clean eating. I did 2 weeks of the 2015 BuzzFeed Clean Eating in mid July, then took a week "off" and am doing their 2014 plan for two weeks. I'd love to connect with others eating clean and trade recipes/knowledge! I am definitely getting plenty of veg on this plan. You still around?

We are going to be starting this challenge July 1st. I hope all of you will join in the fun and in turn be accountable to yourself and your goals. Clean eating is full of healthy good for you food choices. This month let us work on our fruit and veggies. It is recommended to eat 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables. It can be hard every day I know but we are going for five out of five days a week. Also for special credit try a new veg or fruit you don't normally eat. Tell us about it in a post. For every veggie or fruit post an emotioncon you like. It does not have to be the exact veggie or fruit but just a way we can keep track.
