Don't dwell in the past, for it is gone. Don't worry about the future because that chapter of your life has yet to be written. Live for Today. Eat clean food for a healthy foundation for your body and mind. I just started a week ago, actually 6 days ago and have already lost 6 pounds. I feel like I am eating all the time. I know I probably will have plenty of times I will stumble but will keep making it a goal to eliminate anything processed or with additives. Today is another great day! I hope we can get this team up and running again. Let me know what you like about Clean Eating
