To do something extra today. Whether it is to work out an extra 10 mins, drink an extra 30 ounces of water. Stay away from candy and pop. Including fiber in your diets today. Do an extra mile today. An exercise video today. Some crunches.....
The sky is the limit. Just do it anyways!!!
