Even though I REALLY didn't want to, and was tired after a stressful, long day at work, I still managed to go for a 40 minute walk with my BF. It felt great to be outside and feel my muscles working. My victory is that I am actually starting to FEEL my muscles, which means they ARE there, even if I can't see them right now, and they are only getting stronger emoticon
