I did 30 minutes running on the treadmill and 60 minutes Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones. Woo, am I feeling sore from that today!

How's everyone doing?!?!
I think I am back on track. Monday I had 40 min rugby game, walked 20 minutes pushing the stroller and then yesterday I put in 60 minutes on the treadmill!!

I've been sick with the flu and looking after two sick kids and a sick hubster. Feeling better, but man do these viral things really hang on for a long time. After nearly a week off it's time to do at least what I can, maybe not running but at least walking and some ST exercises!

I am more than determined to get to the gym tomorrow morning. I will do at least 30 minutes hopefully 45..

Yes....for the May challenge the team that I was on checked in everyday with fitness minutes and I have to say that I lost so much weight in May so checking in really does work......Its motivational to see what everyone is doing.....i did 54 minutes of jogging today!

I saw one of the other threads tracking their minutes like this and I like the idea of putting it out there. If I feel like I am reporting into you guys it's an added motivation!! So here are my minutes so far--

I was really tired yesterday but I managed to walk pushing the stroller for 30 minutes. I think the shred is great too, it's a tough workout but I haven't been able to do it everyday like it's meant to be.
I am excited to hear that you like those other two videos Gabby because I have them both and haven't tried them yet. Maybe during nap time today I can check one out!

75 Minutes of Jogging is awesome!! I don't know if could run that long!!! I absolutely love the 30 day shred. Jillian, has a better one though that might be more worth it. Its called "no more trouble zones" and "burn fat and boost your metabolism" I started doing them July 1 and I already lost 3 pounds from them. She is awesome!! Plus, you can get all her videos on youtube.

Got in 75 minutes of jogging today! First workout in the month of July! yikes!! I need to lose 5 pounds by the end of July!! How does everyone like the JM 30 day shred? I am thinking about getting it but wanted some opinions on it before I bought it....

Good job so far team!!
I got in a good run on the treadmill this morning, 45 minutes and some core exercises! I need to get on a roll with this exercise business! I have been using JM 30DS too, not the way it's intended doing it for 30 days straight but occasionally. I just got the no more trouble zones and metabolism one too that I have to check out!

I have a wii fit too cole!! I should use it way more than I do, right now I do a few things but use it mostly for weigh ins. A really expensive scale...lol
Today i did level 2 of Jillian M.'s 30 day shred!!! Its so hard!!! I plan on running in the am.
