212 wow those cookies yesterday from food bank ... just have to give all away when I get it .. still in calorie range and gained more 218 - 221......... and thats from 204 in dec .... doing 2 mile aerobic walking even with errands ....not helping

160 ..... sad food bank gives so much bread & sweets , but the stores are to blame - ate some and gave all but 1 bread and all but 2 sweets to neighbor - glad I did not have to throw it away - did get good food,, meats and veggies ..

I struggle because my bs is low at night. It was 74 when I went to bed. I ate not too long before that, because I felt wonky. I'm starting to get the hang of things though.
