I just joined this group this week. I walk at least 3x a week on the weekdays. I'll start posting with yesterday's walk.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

May 1--30 min. walking with the mower!
May 2--80 min. walking in the woods.
May 3--my off day is usually Sunday, but due to the rain, I decided to take it off today instead.
May 4--60 min walking
May 5--60 minutes hiking, 20 min. archery, 30 min. mowing with push mower
May 6--20 min.
May 7--20 min.
May 8--15 min.
May 9--0
May 10-60 min.
May 11-5 min.
May 12-0
May 13-75 min.

Thanks for the additional motivation

Goal1: Stay on Track!!!!
Goal 2:Consistently exercise, and stay active. At least three times per week.

It's a long road but I've got my walking shoes on. Is anyone with me?

I challenge you to get at least 30 minutes a day of walking or exercising. See how much you can get by the end of the month.
