ATC Swap for Summer 2018

I got into ATC's a couple years ago. But most of mine are hand drawn with watercolors or copic markers. I thought it was so fun to trade with artists all over the world and to get snail mail! I have done most of my trading in FB ATC groups or Instagram. My account on IG is @vaspian if ya wanna see my past stuff. :D

Hi! Right now we don't have another swap planned -- mainly because I have dropped the ball and haven't mailed out the Summer cards yet. I hope to be able to finish mine soon and get them distributed to everyone. My apologies to the participants.

And hopefully we can get another swap going after the first of the year!

I love ATCs! I'm in!

We're joining the SparkPeople Artists' team for this swap. Here's the deal:

ImprovingMe (Louise) is the host for this August 2018 ATC (Artist Trading Card) exchange. The idea is that you create, trade, and collect them, like sports trading cards.
Who else wants in?

Theme: Summertime (Anything goes with this swap. Colors or images that feel like summer to you.)
Number of Cards: 4 (Can all be the same, or different.)
Date to Mail (with SASE): August 28, 2018

Artist Trading Cards (ATC's) are:
- your art
- any surface as long as it's thin, somewhat flat, and can easily fit in an envelope.
- size 2.5"x3.5" or 3.5"x2.5" (yes, inches, like a baseball card)
- any medium

On back of ATC, include:
- your Spark name
- your real name
- title or theme
- medium
- edition numbers, date, etc.
- your contact information or email address (optional)

Here's how the SparkPeople Artist Team ATC exchange works:
- One person "hosts" by picking a simple topic, the number of cards to create, and the deadline.
- You sign up for a round by responding to this message thread.
- The host sends you her/his address by SparkMail.
- You send your cards to the host by the deadline, along with a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope).
- The host then sends out the collected cards to other SP artists who are participating in the round.
