I thank everyone for all their answers! After asking this question a lot of stuff has happened and I haven't had time to do anything. My grandson is here for 3 weeks maybe he will help me get this done. I will look at every site!

Thanks again!!

ETSY doesn't just let you sell your handmade stuff, they let you sell supplies too. Very easy and not alot of money. Only .20 cents per listing and that lasts you 3 months. If you want to take a look in what i'm selling for suggestions below is the link.

It will be awhile till I do anything as we are out of town for a week! I will take pictures and put them in my album, but if you are interested in anything I will only chat with you on your regular email as I don't want to crowd up Sparkmail with this.

Talk to you when I return back home in a week!
Have a great day!!

You can post pictures but you have to do the rest through e-mails. We can't use our pages for buying and selling.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

craig's list is for selling in your area. It's online. It's free. But you'd sale your stuff here in a minute if you posted a pic and told us what you want for each item! Let's play garage sale!

Most towns have a free newspaper that is mostly free ads. Those seem to work well.

Another thought, one from FlyLady.net, is to just donate the supplies to a group that can use them. . .church, brownies, girl scouts, homeschool group, goodwill, etc. Then, they're just gone, and you're FREE!

I've found the biggest problem with craft supplies (besides the fact that they take over every room and storage area), is that the more you try to get money out of them (usually by turning them into something, or selling them at a show), the more time and money I spend getting rid of it!

I've donated a lot, sold some on eBay, sold some in bulk to other crafters, have a big stack for a future auction, and STILL have way too much. After all, I LOVED it, that's why I bought it! I could make quilts every day until I die a ripe old death, and still have fabric left over! And I've gotten rid of half of it!

My brain keeps coming up with ideas my body couldn't possibly carry out. The funny thing is, when the stuff's all gone, I don't really miss it--I'm too busy with some other project. The painful part is in the initial parting! I guess it is sweet sorrow. Sorry to see it go, sweet to have room to move again.

Imagine, beds without craft supplies holding them up, how will they function?

Hubby keeps talking about moving to a one room log cabin. I adore the idea. Then I think: library of books, four looms (small one for shows, large antique rug loom, dual beam table loom for making terrycloth, and a tapestry loom), two spinning wheels (we each have one for shows), a fabric room with sewing machines and walls of fabric, the dye room, the basket supplies, paints, metal tooling, yarn room, fiber to spin, needlepoint canvas, rug lockerhooking canvas, rag rug items, stained glass, pottery, . . .gee. . .I'd have to get rid of almost everything. Bet that would be a good thing!

Hmmm. . .interesting challenge. . .how do you decide what to get rid of?

Are you on any of the Crochet or Knitting Teams? If you are, post there too and I bet you would have some quick takers.

It is hard, but we have put over selves on a very tight budget and I haven't used any yarn, knitting needles, or looms in over 6 months, so its time to sell them all for a little something and put the money away for new clothes.

My hubby and I are looking to downsize our living space and get a smaller apartment in a couple of months.

I have several plastic shoeboxes of yarn that I would like to sell. Do you know of any place I could sell them without selling them on EBay?
