Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

I get a lot of my crafting supplies right off of e-bay. Doesn't work well if you need the stuff in a pinch because of varied shipping time... but I always get a great deal. Here's an example: I bought sterling sliver, very decorative toggle clasps off of ebay, 50 of them for $17. My normal jewelry supplier sells the same thing for something like $4.50 a clasp!!

Ebay works great for yarn and any other crafting too!!

I get about 99% of my beading supplies at rings-thigns.com They have a ton of stuff from all over the world at great prices. I also go to Jo-Ann Fabrics alot and occasionally buy some yarn at walmart.

Most of the crafting I do is with wood, and I order all of that through Bayer Wood Products. For my painting supplies and scrap booking stuff I like Hobby Lobby. It has become my favorite store.

I get most of my yarn at yard sales. You would be surprised at the amount of yarn, and not just the cheaper yarn either, there is at yard sales. Lots for a quarter a skein. I got 2 big bed in a bag, bags full and a smaller one full for $15.00, a box of 50 skeins for $10 and 2 large garbages full of the threads for $4.00 last summer. 1 of the bags I got in the set of 3, was full of specialty yarns. Over $89.00 worth. None even started. Only 4 different kinds. I got 17 wrapped skeins of matching for $3.00. I also get the embroidery kits and threads for a quarter a box on the thread and .25 - $1.00 for the kits. The Pillow cases of the older types where you also crochet the lace, $3.00 for 1 set and a quarter for 3 other sets. I do get some things at WalMart to embroider and watch for the kids materials and blanket panels on cleaance. I get my rick rack and blanket bindings for .25.

I used to buy alot of things from Mary Maxim and Herschnners (sp?) but haven't ordered anything from them for a while. Love to get their catalogs and browse through them.

I used to buy alot of my yarn at K-Mart but they are hard to find anymore. I have bought things from WalMart, also, and have also gone to Joanne Fabrics and Hancock's to see what they have.

I loved stained glass but not sure I want to get into that this late in my life and with my legs giving me more problems than they used to. My cousin did the small windows on each side of her door several years ago and said she would never do it again ~ lol They just moved and those windows went with them, too. It was so pretty so what a shame for someone who was self-taught and did such good work.

I get most of my supplies from WalMart, but I don't do stained glass. I knit and draw so it's easy for me to get my things there. However, our WalMart is getting ready to get rid of their fabrics so I might not be able to get my yarn there for very much longer. And considering they are the only place in town that sells it, I don't know where I'll get it from after that happens.

I know we all have so many talents. I was wondering where everyone gets there supplies from that they use. I get lots of my bevels for stained glass from maplecityglass.com and I get my fusing molds from www.delphiglass.com
