Goal: To do a scheduled workout 3 times a week.

25 LB GOAL done 4/28/2019 (100 lbs of pressure off my knees)
30 lbs released done 5/16/2019 (120 lbs of pressure off my knees) 5/31 again
35 lbs released done 6/18/2019 (140 lbs of pressure off my knees)
40 lbs released
45 lbs released
50 lbs released

It has been a VERY long time since we have had a challenge. I thought an obtainable challenge that would give us a couple of weeks to prep and over 4 months to complete would be a good head start. Challenge will be completed on 9/5/16 which is a Monday.

Start date 5/1/16 a Sunday. Focus is to not stress to much on being fit or healthy for the summer but to strive for fitness and healthy ways during the summer to prep for fall. Who's with me? emoticon

State a goal that you would like to obtain in the month of May. Each month a new goal will be added so by September at least 4 goals should be obtained, and programmed within yourself.
