HI "Ablers" !!!

Its time we have some TRAVELING HERE ! emoticon !!!! On this challenge we will travel 1,623 to go from my near city to go and visit FREEOAK1 !! HI FREEOAK !!! Urs was the LAST Posting I saw today !! WOOHOOOOO !!!

This was a suggestion by FLRed12 !! THANKS HON !!!! Here's what she's like. That we ALL do some type of exercise that we are able to which raises our heart rate based on our ABILITY, (Dr APPROVED OF COURSE ! DO NOT hurt urself ! Yet DO CHALLENGE ur body !)

For every minute you do, it will equal 1 mile. So if you do 15 mins, it will be 15 miles towards New Newark, NJ from Denver, which is the 1,623 miles ! WOOHOOOO !!

BUT !! Why NOT make it A LITTLE MORE interesting???? Here on Sparks, we are ENCOURAGED to GIVE UP the Soda (Pop) or other drinks which are NOT good for us, and drink 8 glasses of water day (I STRUGGLE WITH 8, though its my MAIN Drink now ! emoticon ). So we will also have that listed as a CHALLENGE on this also. We WILL keep track of this on a spreadsheet as you join us. PLEASE DO JOIN US ! WOOHOO!! The MORAH THE MERRIER !! (Hmm why the word "MORAH"???? EASY !! I am from the State of Maine,,, we do NOT use the letter "R" so yeah,, HAHAHAHA I often TYPE as I SPEAK !! HAHAHAHA) makes it morah interestin !

Here's how to report it, the correct format:

My Excerise: 30
My Water: 8

Team Excerise: 30 + (the time below) 150 = 180
Team Water: 8 + (Time Below urs) 23 = 31
