Hi I am new to the team also.. Just returning to sparkpeople after a year or more absence and could use the motivation and encouragement. I am up for whatever kind of challenges you want to do. I do my best when I am on challenges and feel like I am being held accountable.

I am new to the team and definitely up for some challenges!!! I weighed myself this morning for the first time in a long time and am at my highest weight ever. 203.6 lbs. Need something to get me going again. emoticon

Well i was thinking that maybe until we get more active participants on our team we will have just a weekly weigh in thread.

We can also do a nutrition challenge, a motivation challenge.
Saturdays are my weigh in days so maybe doing it you have to weigh in by midnight at saturday central time to earn the points?

What challange are you planning on doing? I don't mind doing a weekly weigh in... my days are fridays for my weight!

I'm doing the Dukan Diet and should be at my goal weight by September of 2012
