I am a bit discouraged at this time. I have had to be on prednisone for over 4 months and this has not helped with weight loss goals. I was at 152, but really have been concentrating on diet for past week and weight this morning is 150 lbs.

Just jumping in where I am right now... I was 199.2 this morning! Been over 10 years since I saw below 200!
I want to start March with 198.0!

Starting Wednesday, February 1st, this is the place to post your weights!!

Please create ONE post and EDIT it each week adding your newest weigh-in! This makes it *much* easier to track the weights!

If WEDNESDAYS arenít convenient for you, pick a day of the week that is and then consistently track your weight on that day of the week.

Remember that gains DO NOT count (thank goodness!!) so even if you maintain or gain, don't be afraid to post it up (and don't quit!!) because we ALL have ups and downs with losing weight!!
