Did alot of water aerobics in the pool over the weeeknd. Today will do some cycling on a stationary bike and some strength training a little later in the day.

I'll do the same. LOL. It's what I do every day. I'm a dull one, I am. LOL. I always do this and my 12,500 steps. Sometimes I might add something on and do up to 5 walks but I do this minimum. Boringgggggggggggg!!

ha whatcha going to do tomorrow since I posted this for tomorrow? emoticon

I have the kids in the morning so figured I would post early (since I just handed over the grandbaby and can type with 2 hands!).

I did strength exercises, gardened, and went for 3 long walks.

I hope everyone had an excellent holiday weekend!

Your challenge today is OPEN EXERCISE. That means that you can choose either cardio or strength training. The goal is to JUST DO IT! Get up and get your large muscle groups moving. Build some muscle & burn some calories. The weekend is just around the corner!
