Glad you started this challenge. I've managed to lose the weight through cardio but definitely need to increase upper body strength. I don't seem to get the same endorphin high from strength training so I tend to avoid it but know I need to build muscle to keep the weight off. This challenge comes at a just the right time for me. Thx!!
