Thank you for resurrecting this thread, PAIGE. I first posted that I had lost an ostrich egg, did not come back and mention what came next. I recently could have posted that my loss was equivalent to a newborn baby. Right now my loss is said to be the equivalent of a human head but one of my newborn babies weighed 8 pounds. I hope I remember to come back and post equivalents as I continue to lose.

There's nothing wrong with using the word "diet". It comes from the Greek word "diaita", meaning way of life. So to lose weight and keep it off we need to change our way of life.

I hope it's alright to resurrect this thread! Too funny! From my starting weight last year, I need to loose a newborn giraffe! I've already lost a sperm whale's brain...with a human's skin being lost this last month. :)

Can not think of anything else, but I will edit as other things come to mind.

So far I have lost an ostrich egg. My SP goal is to lose a bald eagle but an intermediate goal, the one that is only in my mind, is a newborn baby.
