I agree. I start slowing down in the fall, and when the snow flies in the winter I hibernate. Fortunately I'm still doing my daily walks with Leslie Sanson, and will continue those during the winter. There are no snow drifts inside my house, so no excuse not to!

I just found this today, so I'm also a tad late. The end date of this challenge is a week before I wedding I'm attending, so the challenge will definitely keep me on track! A month later is a family reunion/vacation in Las Vegas, so I need the weight loss to have more energy to chase after my 2 little ones at the pool! :-)

Are we going to start having a weekly specific challenge? I remember when I was a member a year ago, each monday, one of us would issue a challenge for that week and we would take turns. There was always a nutrition challenge and a fitness challenge! If not, that's fine, is someone going to start giving specific challenges?

Hi Everyone!
I joined on the 17th and I'd like to take part in this challenge. I worked everything out on my calendar with a weight loss of 2 lbs a week and depressed myself! Then I continued working things out on the calendar and started to feel better. The whole weight loss thing depresses me when I think about how long it will take to lose this extra 100+ pounds I'm packing around. I think I'll do better if I just look at these short-term challenges rather than the big picture.
My initial weigh in is 236lbs

Actually, that's kind of exciting! I could be under 200 lbs by the start of summer! I haven't seen the 200 lb mark in a long time.
