You can do it!

Even if you eat badly, etc. hop up (or get up SLOWLY!!) and take a walk. Too daunting? Just get your shoes on or put on some fun music. Even just moving your body a little will get things started. You've started before, so let's hop out of the water and take a little walk. Or if it's too nice in the water...to take a little swim! :D

Sometimes when I fall in the water I don't want to get right back out. I think well, since I'm here I'll have one more binge first...but while I may plan for one little binge more, it often takes on its own momentum and I may be pounds heavier before I have the inclination to get "out of the water" again. Just start again. What I like about SP is that you can start drinking the 8 glasses of water, start increasing fruits and vegetables, or whatever your initial goals were, exercise for 10 minutes or whatever you can do to begin to rebuild consistency then it doesn't take long for momentum to build.

Great advice from Missy...you aren't drowning, you are just in the water! Now all you have to do is step back on land. We all have bad weeks (or months), you just have to look ahead and don't beat yourself up over it. You WILL get there!!

Today is a new day. Eat right today and get a workout in and you will be right back on track.

One of the of the girls (I can't remember if was here or somewhere else) told me this:

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there. I has really helped me when I feel like I am slipping off or ready to give up!

I'm not telling you it's going to be easy. I'm telling you it's going to be worth it.

Okay I am going to be a little needy today! I need some words of encouragement!! Somewhere over the last couple weeks I have gotten knocked down and need help getting back up. I was on a role, doing great, eating right and exercising....then BAM...all of a sudden I just stopped. I don't know if it was hormones or the stresses of day to day life but at some point I stopped trying. I haven't exercised the last 3 days and have pretty much eaten what I wanted. Last night I was literally sick to my stomach, this morning I woke up with nausea and a headache. I AM DONE, again!! I have only got 55 more pounds to go and I can do this!!!!
