Thank you for all of your votes on our challenge page and the email votes we received! Overwhelmingly, the winner was BACK TO BASICS Challenge!

How does the Challenge work?

Let's get back to the basics! We will focus on tracking what we eat, drinking water and sweating it out. Here is how we will be focusing on those things...

1) TRACK your food! You can track anywhere you would like and notice I did not say it needs to be under a certain calorie or macro...we just want to get in the habit of tracking again. If you bite it, you write it! If your within your wanted calories/points/macros, etc range, awesome!
EARN 1 point each day!

2) DRINK H2O! Why? Because our bodies need it! Again, track this wherever you would like. Of course, we would love that you join the "Drink Water" Goal on our Done Girl page to earn points for the team as well, but do what YOU know you can do.
EARN 1 point for 6 glasses of H2O each day!
* BONUS, EARN 1 additional point for drinking 8 glasses of H2O per day!

3) SWEAT!!! Move Your body! Move that body for at least 15 minutes each day. This could be gardening, intentional house work, walking, running, dancing, at home workout, classes or even a streamed Sparkpeople exercise video! If you would like, you can also be a part of Meraina's Dance Challenge! Whatever you decide to do....we want you to move some how some way. If you pick something you enjoy, you are more likely to stick with it.
EARN 1 point for 15 minutes each day!
* BONUS, Earn 1 additional point for 30 minutes or more per day!

As you can see, you can earn 5 points each day! If you would like to join, copy the commitment post below and fill in your info. Throughout the week, visit our Done Girl page and you will find Announcements to earn BONUS points throughout the week!

The Challenge will end on 1/31 and we will announce the winning team! Your team will be decided after the first week once we know how many ACTIVE challengers there are!
