Didn't have any luck at all on the scale. But!

emoticon started running again, and have finished 5 weeks of a 10k training program
emoticon kept up with Les Mills Combat workout program and will finish on 1/16
emoticon no change on the scale / measuring tape, but my jeans are comfy again
emoticon started logging my food again (except this week - been visiting w/my son)

My biggest challenge will undoubtedly be keeping the little things things from slowing me down


My nutrition goals for the next 13 weeks will be focused on finding my balance and learning tools to achieve that.
My cardio goals for the next 13 weeks will be focused on finding new ways to have fun and walk, run, walk, and more running.


My strength training goals for the next 13 weeks will be focused on stretching

My rest and flexibility goals for the next 13 weeks will be focused on getting better sleep and drinking water to help keep me flexible.


PART ONE - DIET & EXERCISE

Between now and 11/26, I am going to continue tracking everything!
Between now and 11/26, I am not going to not punish myself when i mess up and stay focused on my goals.



You can motivate me by sharing thoughts, ideas and tons of cheering for the little goals made along the way.

THE REST OF YOUR LIFE
I am going to need help with learning how to maintain soon - any ideas, thoughts and advise will always be welcome. I like the person I am becoming and I never want to see that person I was again.

Practice setting time aside for yourself, either every day or once a week, and allow yourself to be selfish for a little while, and recharge, so you can better handle the rest of your life and be better for your family or job and friends.

didn't lose my turkey - only down about 3 pounds, but it can fit in my jeans now - I lost over 7 inches from my waist, hips and thighs. I think that was a great accomplishment.

11/6/15- 275 (it was a weird week of fluctuations, but I ended it with a loss)
11/13/15- 273.5 (feeling optimistic that I will lose the whole turkey)
11/20/15- 273.5 (the scale was up down and around, but settled here. Interestingly, I upped my exercise quite a bit - expected a loss, but maybe my body is adjusting.)

[8-30-15] During this challenge, I have a general goal of [Practicing the foundation of my plan on the daily. Eat healthy food within my caloric budget, drink 8 cups of water, exercise a minimum of 60 minutes daily,10,000 steps a day and ST 2 days a week]
[9-21-15] Determine my caloric need on a daily basis has been a challenge due to increased activity. My new daily step goal is 14,000 steps. The rest of my goal is the same.

[8-30-15] My biggest challenge will undoubtedly be [Going to the Gym and tracking ALL my food]

[9-21-15]I got 3 days of ST last week. I continue to exercise with my trainers. I am unofficially benching 115lbs. 21 Day Fix kinda sucks, I like Shaun T! Did T25 Friday and loved it.

My rest and flexibility goals for the next 13 weeks will be focused on: Getting plenty of sleep and taking one day off a week for recovery.

PART ONE - DIET & EXERCISE

Between now and 11/26, I am going to: Workout six days a week for 30-60 minutes per day.
Between now and 11/26, I am not going to: Beat myself up over every misstep.

These 3 excuses will be unusable for the duration of this template:
1. I don't have time!
2. I dont feel like it!
3. Its too late!

You can motivate me by: Reminding me about why I started this journey in the first place.

PART TWO - THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

This week, take the time to do one of the following just for yourself.

A. complete a fun project
B. start a fun project
C. brainstorm ideas for something you can do just for yourself over the fall/winter, something that will take a semi-long time to complete. -
D. Make a list of things you loved as a child but have not done or participated in for a very long time. See which ones you can incorporate into your grownup life.

Practice setting time aside for yourself, either every day or once a week, and allow yourself to be selfish for a little while, and recharge, so you can better handle the rest of your life and be better for your family or job and friends.
