I ended the month at 829 minutes.

The only reason I finished July was because I counted my walk to work. And I decided for August I would not count the 10 minute walk.

Also I had to take care of a hip problem that was holding me down. But its getting better so September 1000 minutes HERE I COME!

Well I got to where I only had 127 monutes left but have been out of commission for a couple of days due to a really really killer sinus infection. I still can not chew. My teeth are killing me. But I look forward to Destroying this goal in September.

Well I worked my butt off and did my best but unfortunately some health issues kept me out of commission a little too long to get to 1000 this month. Lets do it again in September. I know I can!

I'm rounding out my month with a solid 1115 Minutes!! Woohoo!

I have made great strides this month (literally) - I started W4 of C25K this morning, and even without my swim nights, I'm feeling great. Can't wait to get back in the pool in September and rock out even more Fitness Minutes.

After yesterday I'm up to actual minutes 1377. SparkAmerica minutes = 904. I don't know if I'm up for 95 minutes of workout today but I've done more than my 1000 so I'm happy. I just hate that I don't get full credit for it in my fitness minutes tracker.

COMMON GIRLS!!! PUSH IT!!! Today and tomorrow - what are you going to do to make your minutes. I have faith that you can ALL do it!!!

Also - it's time to elect a new leader for next month. I want the challenge to continue, but I'm going to step down from leading it. Though I will certainly join it :) All you have to do is start the thread for September, check in on everyone once in a while and pass out fun goodies at the end!

I went back and looked at SparkAmerica fitness minutes and my actual minutes for this month total 1,314 but it only counts 841 minutes into the total in the summary since some days I did more than 120 minutes and only the first 120 minutes each day count toward SparkAmerica. So I've reached and passed my 1000 minutes but now I want to hit 1000 in the This Month total for Spark America!

I made it! I'm at 1040 today with lots left on the schedule. Can't believe I actually accomplished this WITHOUT my swim nights for the majority of the month. I miss the pool though - can't wait to get back in there!

Woohoo everyone! 2 more across the finish line. PUSH IT! You can do it!!!

I'm up to 927 - I've totally got this. Yeah!

I'm assuming since everyone likes this so much there will be another challenge in September. I want to pass on the reigns as leader though since I was doing this as a challenge for myself to get up to doing 1000 fitness minutes a month. Since I will have reached that goal for 2 consecutive months, I'd love to pass on the leadership to someone who needs the extra push for themselves. I found leading this team REALLY helpful in keeping me accountable. I'll totally check in though and join the challenge for whoever wants to lead it!!!
