TODAY I SHOVELED A LOT OF ICE WITH SNOW GREAT BODY WORKOUT.
I ALSO DID LATERAL RAISES DB'S,100 KNEE-UPS,LATERAL RAISES DB'S,PUSH-UPS,DOLPIN POSE X12,SQUATS,PUSH-UPS,T-STANDS,SUPERMAN,PUSH
-UPS,DB FLIES,SQUATS,TRICEP OFF BENCH, FLOOR, STANDING WITH WEIGHTS. YES MY ARMS KILL.

yesterday: salsa/merengue class 75mins. . .no idea calories

50 mins on the treadmill today 600 cal

i did lots more this week just dont remember off the top of my head . . .

Came home from scrapbooking club and exercised, cardio and bootcamp short core workout. Met my daily goal of a total of 30 min of cardio and the video.

I'm very proud of myself for this because I really didn't want to work out. I did it anyway and feel better for it.

Got up early this morning and did:

65minutes on my treadmill emoticon wearing a 6lb weighted vest!

Later on This morning I caught FitTv's show called Dance & Be Fit--It was a Brazilian Dance workout emoticon that I did for 10minutes.

And Finally this afternoon I did Jillian Michaels: No More Trouble Zones workout emoticon
I made it thru 53 minutes of it, and it was AWESOME!
Challenging--but Awesome.

I did the 45-minute Leslie Sansome 3-Mile walk, plus I did a bunch of errands. I have nearly 10,000 steps today and I'll go for another walk tonight before bed so I get over 10K steps.

1. Treadmill at least 5 times a week for 60 mins
2. 5 round trip mile walk to my mom's house (if weather permits)
3. Giving up parking spot at work until I lose the first 20lbs. I'll be forced to walk 5 blocks to work.
4. Strength training in the evenings at least 3 times a week

I walked 5 1/2 miles delivering phone books- got lots of strength training in, bicep curls!!! and "boosted walking" with phone book weights!!!
