There were a lot of guys driving like idiots last night. I hate to see a race with that many dumbass crashes going on. That's what the Chase format does to the racing when it's time for the last few guys to be trying to clinch their spots in the Chase. But whatever. The Chase isn't going away unless someone figures out how much more dangerous it makes the racing right at the end of the regular season. So on to the Chase...and may it not be the kind of "exciting" that this week's race was...

There was much rejoicing!

I don't know who I think is going to win the race...I just know it's not going to be Jeff again this week. (I still wish I could have seen the whole race on Tuesday.) There are any number of guys I'd be happy to see win the race...just not JJ (sorry John) or Kyle.(Sorry GeorgiaDeb) Can't wait for the race to start... emoticon

WELL JUNIOR DIDN'T QUALIFY WELL BUT HE REALLY NEEDS ONE BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR AND WHAT BETTER WAY TO GUARANTEE A SPOT IN THE CHASE.

Well you all know that my pick is always Jeff Gordon...but he ain't gonna win again until at least sometime next year. My other faves are Robby Gordon and Bobby Labonte, but they ain't gonna win this week, either. I wouldn't mind seeing Carl Edwards win this one, and Jr. really is due for a win sometime, too, though he really is not one of my favorite drives. (In spite of the fact that he's a Hendrick teammate.) So as to who I really think will win it...your guess is as good as mine. emoticon

As I seem to be a major jinx on everyone who I pick, I'm going with Tony Stewart. I just an interview of him on ESPN2 and I'm just so sick of his bratty self. He is so nasty sometimes. I don't understand it. If your miserable, retire. But, don't sit there and tell the reporters they aren't good reporters and their questions are stupid. Maybe that should be in the track smack topic. But, that's my pick. Tony Stewart.
