I did good and I think I exceeded my goals for last month. I KNOW I got a lot more than just 20 minutes of exercise 2 times a week, but most of that was due to nice spring weather and not my own persistence, lol! I'll take what I can get though.
I figured out I don't drink water on the weekends, so while my weekly average is good, I really need to work on weekend water drinking. I'll have to make it a point to carry around my water bottle even just around the house I guess.
Vegetables were okay, I'm still working on that but my fruit consumption was good, so I met my goal and still have plenty of room to improve for later.
Three cheers for goal meeting!

I am happy to report that the first week has gone good so far! My exercise actually happened (as opposed to just thinking about it), my fruits and veggies are good (although like always I'm a little fruit-heavy), and as long as I keep a bottle of water near by I have no problems with that one either! We'll see how the rest of the month goes, but definitely so far so good!

Got 30 min. of cardio in yesterday, 10 glasses of water, but only 2 veggies! Already have 3 veggies in today and plan to have some veggie pizza for dinner.... Exercise might be the challenge today though! My neck is real sore....

Can do! I drink 8 to 12 cups of water daily, so that is no prob! I aim for 5 servings of fruits/veggies daily, but fall short, so I will aim for that goal and do it again! I also aim for 30 min of cardio 5 times a week, so will still aim for that. I've been sick and missed alot, so need to get back on track! Thanks!

Maybe a challenge won't actually bring you flowers, but it will make you feel better to make, strive for and accomplish a goal.

Personally, I know I need to get back on track. I suspect that many of you are in the same boat (winter can do that to you!) and to us I challenge for the month of April:
Drink 8 cups of water at least 6 days a week; emoticon
Eat at least 3 servings of fruits and/or veggies 6 days a week; emoticon
AND 20 minutes of heart-pumping exercise at least 2 times a week. emoticon

(If you already do all of the above, step it up a level. Maybe 10 cups of water, 6 fruits and veggies and 20 minutes everyday... pick something you can strive towards without being unreasonable.)

I will check in at least weekly and I hope you do the same!
