I love Leslie! Her DVDs give me no excuses in winter when I "don't feel like moving." And actually, after walking 5 miles she made me realize that I could actually start running -- and I did start up on the treadmill about 6 weeks ago!

It's hard not to like the Leslie Sansone series...she's great and simple enough to do...I love her dvds

The miricale mile walk is good too. I wear hand and ankle weights while doing the videos and it adds to the intensity. Ross is a good place to find her dvds at a good price

Never tried Leslie Sansone but I have used Jillian Michael's dvds and Billy Blanks' Tae Bo series... might try Leslie out.

Hello Everyone!
I have the WATP Walk Slim Set. It's 4 DVD's and the last one is a 4 mile Super Challange. They are awesome. I also need to find the walk/kick one. I bet that's really good for the abs and hips.

I love Leslies WATP serious as well. It has really really helped me. I love it so much I recorded the 3 & 4 mile walks audio only into my nano. During the summer I'll pop the nano into the Iradio out by the pool and do my walking workout in the pool. OMG what a workout using the water as resistance. Other times I'll workout around the pool but instead of doing the kicks, knee lifts etc. I get lower to the ground follow the beat of the music and just walk, walk, walk, Talk about sweating and burning calories. You really get an awesome workout. Other times instead of being glued to the tv for the DVD I just use the nano with a pair of headphones and I can workout anywhere in the house and trust me I do. Food for thought for anyone that like variety with a workout.

Sorry for the errors from below:
I meant Leslie Sansone dvd's not cd's and I do apologize for the garbage at the end (my neice thought she'd add to the conversation, sorry!)

But, I hope you try the dvd's I mentioned they're great for rainy days when you can't get outside.

Hi...I'm Michaela. THe WATP dvds are great. I have the 1, 2 and 3 mile. Now she has a dvd with kickboxing too? I need to find that one. I'm starting over slowly with this weight loss thing. Good luck to you.

Try Leslie's walk cd's I love those. I started using the 1, 2 and 3 mile walk cd'sand now I use her Walk/Kick cd. It has walking and kickboxing together.
